Service Description

Swim Instructor Shadowing Program Start your journey toward becoming a confident and knowledgeable swim instructor through our 2-month Swim Instructor Shadowing Program. This hands-on training program allows you to work alongside experienced ACA instructors while learning how to teach swimmers of all ages and skill levels. You'll gain practical experience by observing classes, assisting instructors, and gradually building the skills needed to lead lessons with confidence. As part of the program, we will assess your swimming ability and help you improve your technique in all four competitive strokes, ensuring you can properly demonstrate skills and provide effective instruction to your future students. The program includes 2 months of training with a flexible schedule (2–3 weeks per month) based on your availability. Upon successful completion, ACA also provides job placement assistance to help you begin your career as a swim instructor.
